myschoolaccount.com is a convenient, secure way to make funds available to your child for use in dining services.

MAKE A PAYMENT

There are 2 easy methods to make payments to your child’s account.

Cash Register  Cash or check is accepted by the dining services cashier.  No convenience fee is associated with payments made at the cash register. Please make out checks to Lexington Independents.

MySchoolAccount.com There is a $2.00 transaction fee for each ACH (bank draft) transaction or a 4.75% convenience fee for each credit/debit card charge by MySchoolAccount.

NOTE: All payments made by 11 PM CST (midnight EST) each night will be posted to each child’s account balance for the following day.

Benefits of Biometrics

Convenient, safe and accurate method of payment.

• Increases the speed of service at the cashier stand so students are able to enjoy their meals with their classmates
• Only a mathematical algorithm remains in they system making it secure. Actual student fingerprint images are not stored. They system selects intersection of lines on the fingerprint and converts those intersections to a proprietary “identity template” represented by numbers using a 128-bit encryption proprietary algorithm.
• Eliminates sharing of Personal Identification Numbers (PIN’S), fraudulent ID card use or exchange, and issuing or replacing cards.
